Are you Saved?
We preach the simple Gospel message and desire to see all sinners saved by believing the Gospel.
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Romans 1:16 tells us that believing the gospel of Christ saves those who believe.
What is the gospel you ask? Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
1 Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
1 Corinthians 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1 Corinthians 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
I. Acknowledge your are a sinner and REPENT:
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”(Romans 3:23)
II. Believe on the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ for your sin debt:
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”(Romans 5:8)
III. Repent and receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour:
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:9,10,13)
If you have not been born again (or “saved”) by believing on the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, please continue to read the verses above until you understand and believe it.
Once you have chosen to believe this Gospel message and be saved, you will then want to join a local church.
If you will not be saved, you have no reason to look for and attend a local church. This pictures your eternal future of being in the Lake of Fire, separated from the saved saints who will spend eternity fellowshipping together in Heaven in the presence and to the glory of the heavenly Father and of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ:
